Cenzo's
Restaurant
Project Type
Oak Cliff
Dallas, TX
Location
This adaptive reuse project won a Preservation Achievement Award in 2024. The building was originally built as a service station that was converted to a restaurant by clients that live in the same neighborhood of Oak Cliff. Great care was taken to preserve as much of the original structure as possible, including restoration of the garage doors and exterior facade. Working closely with the Landmark Commission, non-historic elements were removed and the building was updated to serve it's new purpose.
