A modern renovation of an old farmhouse, this project provided a unique opportunity. A blend of black walnut and white oak was used throughout the interior to revitalize the existing material palette. A banded design on both the exterior facades and internal staircase emphasizes the home's multi-level structure. The oversized, central stair was fully encased in walnut, paying homage to the home's original craftsman style detailing.
